為深入推進中非戰略合作，促進中非青年赴非就業創業，為中非經貿合作搭建交流合作橋梁，湖北工業大學擬牽頭舉辦2025第二屆湖北省中非高校畢業生赴非就業專場招聘會，誠邀已在非開展業務的中資企業、中非合資企業、非洲本土企業、其他有意向招聘中國高校畢業生（含來華留學生）赴非就業的企事業單位參加本次招聘會。相關信息如下：
To further advance strategic cooperation between China and Africa, promote employment and entrepreneurship of graduates in Africa, and build a bridge for China-Africa economic and trade cooperation, the 2nd Hubei Province Job Fair for Sino-Africa College Graduates Employment in Africa 2025 will be held in Wuhan on the morning of Friday, April 25th. The Career Fair is hosted by Hubei University of Technology. We sincerely invite Chinese-funded enterprises already operating in Africa, China-Africa joint ventures, African local enterprises, and other organizations interested in recruiting Chinese university graduates (including African students in China) for employment in Africa to participate in this event. Relevant details are as follows:

Participation Process
貴單位在收到邀請函后，請于2025年4月10日（周四）前提交參會回執（掃碼或進入鏈接填寫）確認參會意向，并提供其它相關資料。非洲及海外當地企業如若有任何疑問請聯系我們。
Upon receiving this invitation, please submit your participation confirmation (via QR code scan or go to the link to fill in and form submission) by April 10, 2025 (Thursday), along with other required materials. African and overseas local enterprises could contact us if you have any questions, email address: international@mail.hbut.edu.cn.

十一、溫馨提示 Tips
為全方位展示貴單位形象與實力，提高招聘實效，建議各單位提前做好如下準備：
To fully showcase your organization’s profile and strengths and enhance recruitment effectiveness, we recommend preparing the following in advance:
1. 確定招聘職位，明確崗位要求及薪資待遇；
Determine job positions, clarify position requirements and salary packages.
2. 準備招聘宣傳資料（紙質或多媒體形式，建議為中英雙語）， ?
內容可包括公司簡介、招聘崗位、招聘要求、薪資待遇等內容，便于現場發放及播放；
Prepare recruitment promotional materials (in paper or multimedia formats, preferably in Chinese-English bilingual), including company profiles, job descriptions, requirements, and compensation details for distribution or display.
3. 安排招聘人員參加現場招聘會，合理布置展位格局，保持展位整潔有序；
Assign staff to attend the event, properly arrange the booth layout, and keep the booth clean and orderly.
4. 現場提供企業宣介機會，每單位5-10分鐘，可現場宣介或播放視頻。
Utilize on-site promotion opportunities: Each employer will have 5–10 minutes for a live presentation or video playback.
